Meet Dr. Scott

Dr. Scott T. Kozlowski is a native of Central New York, Graduating from Cazenovia Central High School. He then went on to Johnson State College in Vermont earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a medical concentration. At Johnson State, he played on the varsity basketball team & was team captain his senior year. He was introduced to chiropractic care after an injury to his back. Dr. Kozlowski went on to New York Chiropractic College to get his doctor of Chiropractic degree. While attending Chiropractic College, he met his future wife Karen. She is a native of Cicero, graduating from Cicero North Syracuse High School and SUNY Oswego. They have a daughter, Olivia, who is excited to become a future North Star.

Dr. Kozlowski first practiced in Auburn, NY after graduating from New York Chiropractic College. After two years in Auburn, he and Karen moved to Fairfax, VA a suburb of Washington, D.C. While practicing in Fairfax for over nine years, he worked on patients from all branches of federal government, professional, college and Olympic athletes, as well as people from all over the world. He assisted in creating a wellness based practice which addressed all aspects of patient health.

After the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon, Dr. Kozlowski was asked to assist the treatment of the military and federal personnel at Camp Unity. Camp Unity was a base camp at the Pentagon after 9/11 attack. It was a small city of 15,000 in a Pentagon parking lot. Camp unity was manned by doctors twenty four hours a day for two weeks. It was an uplifting experience to help and be a part of a great group of people, during a dark time for our country.

As time passed in Virginia, there was something missing from the Kozlowski’s life. It was family that all lived in Central New York. They longed to be around the people and places that they loved and missed. It was time to come home!
